How Commissions Are Calculated
We pay commission on the net product price only (excludes shipping, taxes, and discounts).
Examples
- All-in price scenario: If a doll is listed at $2,500 total and shipping cost is $400 inside that price, the commissionable base = $2,500 − $400 = $2,100.
Commission = $2,100 × 15% = $315. - Separate shipping scenario: If the cart shows $2,500 (product) + $400 (shipping), the commissionable base = $2,500.
Commission = $2,500 × 15% = $375.
Bottom line: We always exclude shipping/taxes from the commission base, regardless of how pricing is displayed.
