Q: Can I mix a head from one doll with the body of another?
A: Only compatible heads listed on the product page will work. Others vary in neck dimensions and skin tone.
Q: What options are there for penis sizes and types?
A: Each doll includes one free penis from the listed options. Additional sizes or types can be added during customization, but parts from other dolls are not interchangeable.
Q: What’s the difference between hard and soft penis attachments?
A: Hard attachments have a metal core and are suitable for penetration. Flaccid types are non-functional and mainly for visual realism and easier clothing fit.
Q: Can I touch or feel the product before buying?
A: You can order penis attachments separately to evaluate material quality before committing to a full doll.
Q: Do the doll’s parts match in skin tone if I select different heads or penises?
A: Yes, all parts are color-matched during production for a seamless appearance.
Q: Can I get a specific wig or hairstyle?

Q: Do dolls come with the clothes shown in photos?
A: No, clothes used in promotional images are for styling only and are not included.
Q: Do you sell thrusting penises or machines?

A: This is a special permanent makeup that adds textures, shadows, and details like freckles or veins to enhance realism.
Q: Why do dolls look different in promo vs. factory photos?
A: Promo shots are styled and professionally edited. Factory images are taken under industrial lighting with no touch-up. Rest assured, it’s the same doll.
Q: How long will my doll last?
A: With proper care, our dolls can last over 10 years—many customers report 20+ years of use.
Q: How should I clean and store my doll?
A: Wash with mild antibacterial soap and lukewarm water every couple of weeks. Avoid soaking the neck area. For storage, lay the doll flat or hang upright using the neck hook—never leave it standing for long periods.

Q: What’s the ordering process like?
A: First, choose and customize your doll. Then complete your payment through one of the supported methods. Once we receive your order, production begins—this usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the model. We’ll send photos of the completed doll for your confirmation before it’s shipped.
Q: Can I schedule the shipping for a later date if I’m not home?
A: Absolutely. Just let us know, and we can hold your order at our warehouse until you’re ready to receive it.
Q: Can I have my doll shipped to a PO Box?
A: FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Use a residential address, and once you get your tracking info, you can request a Hold for Pickup at a local facility.
Q: I haven’t received an update. How can I check my order status?
A: Check the lead time on your doll’s product page. If it’s past the listed timeframe, feel free to contact us for an update.
🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia, and select Asian countries. We do not ship to regions where adult dolls are restricted.
Q: How long does shipping take?

- USA: 3–7 business days via air, or 20–30 via sea
- International: 10 days by air, 60–90 days by sea/ground
- Production time is separate and usually takes 1–3 weeks

- USA: We cover all taxes and import fees.
- Other countries: Import charges may apply, usually between $100–$200 depending on your country. These are payable at checkout or upon delivery.
Q: How will my package be labeled? Is it discreet?
A: Yes, we ensure complete discretion. Packages are shipped in plain boxes with generic labeling. Your credit card statement will also reflect a neutral name.
