Comprehensive Doll Order and Delivery Process
1. Order Placement & Customization
- Customers can select and customize their doll according to their preferences.
- For any inquiries regarding customization, customers may contact our support team.
2. Order Confirmation & Modifications
- Orders placed on weekdays will be processed the same day, while weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.
- After payment is successfully made, an order confirmation email will be sent.
- Any modifications must be requested via email before the order enters the production stage.

4. Production Timeline
- In-Stock Dolls: No production time is required as these are pre-made and ready to ship.
- Custom Dolls: Production typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the brand, materials, and customization features.
- Factors such as additional body makeup or special features may extend the production time.
- Production times may be extended during holidays such as New Year, Christmas, and Spring Festival.
5. Order Confirmation Before Shipping
- Once production is completed, confirmation photos or videos will be provided before shipping.
- For in-stock dolls, confirmation photos are not available as they are pre-packaged in the warehouse.
- Customers may request factory photos before placing an order.
6. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- Free worldwide shipping is provided.
- Shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, DHL, and DPD.
- In-stock dolls ship within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom dolls are shipped within 3-4 business days after production completion.
- Delivery times vary based on location:
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- Europe: 7-12 business days
- Australia: 7-12 business days
- Dolls that exceed air freight weight limits will be shipped via rail or sea, taking approximately 28-50 days.
- Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.
- Customers may opt for package collection at a FedEx or UPS store by providing the store address in advance.
7. Customs & Import Duties
- Some countries may require import taxes ranging from $100 to $200+, depending on the doll and region.
- The buyer is responsible for customs duties unless stated otherwise.
- Countries that do not have to pay customs duties include the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, and others in the EU.
- For certain countries like Canada, Australia, and Norway, we offer to share up to 50% of duty fees (up to $150 USD).
- U.S. customers are exempt from import taxes and fees.
- Customers experiencing customs clearance delays should contact customer support for assistance.
8. Delivery & Return Policy
- Customers must inspect their dolls upon arrival.
- If defects are found and the doll has not been used, customers must notify us within 24 hours to arrange a return.
- Dolls are packaged discreetly in plain cartons with no external product descriptions.
