Comprehensive Doll Order and Delivery Process
1. Order Placement & Customization
- Customers can select and customize their doll according to their preferences.
- For any inquiries regarding customization, customers may contact our support team.
2. Order Confirmation & Modifications
- Orders placed on weekdays will be processed the same day, while weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.
- After payment is successfully made, an order confirmation email will be sent.
- Any modifications must be requested via email before the order enters the production stage.

4. Production Timeline
- In-Stock Dolls: No production time is required as these are pre-made and ready to ship.
