At MENDOLLS, we want our LGBTQ+ customers to shop with total peace of mind. That’s why we offer a clear, fair, and discreet return and refund policy — because your comfort matters as much as your satisfaction.


✅ Returns – Risk-Free Shopping

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. You have up to 90 days after your order date to request a return.

📦 General Return Terms:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Does not apply to customized sex dolls
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective

❌ Order Cancellations

🧸 Toys (Non-Custom Products):

MENDOLLS ships most toy orders the same day, so cancellations are not possible once confirmed.
However, we offer a 90-day return window after receiving your item — no questions asked.

👨‍🔧 Custom Male Dolls:

You may cancel a custom-made doll order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel, please email [email protected] with your order number, name, and email.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 80% refund (20% processing fee applies)
  • Cancellations after 24 hours are not permitted due to production commencement

✏️ Modifications After Purchase

  • Order changes are allowed within 12 hours of placement
  • One-time change fee: $79.00

  • After 12 hours, changes cannot be made due to manufacturing workflow

📦 Missing Items in Your Shipment

Some orders ship in multiple boxes due to packaging. For example, if you order a doll and cleaning tools, they may arrive separately.

If something seems missing:

  • Wait 24–48 hours — they often arrive in separate deliveries
  • Use tracking numbers to verify with your local post office

🚫 Damaged or Defective Products

Every order at MENDOLLS is carefully inspected and photographed before leaving our facility. If you notice any issue:

  1. Do NOT use the product
  2. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  3. Include detailed photos of the damage or issue
  4. We will respond promptly — most cases receive replacement parts or solutions
